We’re partnering with a prestigious university to find a Workday Financials & Grants Lead to play a key role in their Workday transformation journey!
In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the charge in replacing legacy financial systems with Workday, providing expert-level ability to transform the client’s ERP system. Some responsibilities include managing scope, leading stakeholders, and delivering smart, scalable solutions for Finance and Grants.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the Financial Systems Lead for the Workday ERP implementation
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver strong outcomes
- Co-lead key phases: planning, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and deployment
- Deliver high-quality, low-refinement solutions with minimal oversight
- Support Workday reporting and security configurations
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience with Financial ERP systems
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Financials & Grants implementation experience
- A track record of leading Workday projects—especially in higher education
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage scope, adapt to change, and prioritize in fast-paced settings
Bonus Points For:
- Senior Consultant or Lead-level experience
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and takes initiative
This is a contract role estimated at 400 hours, running from May through late August 2025.
