Senior Financial Systems Analyst (Oracle ERP)

• Base salary: $130-160,000k (+20% performance bonus)
• Location: REMOTE (United States)

I am working with an Industry leading organization who have just received a $15m investment and creating an ENTIRE NEW DIVISION.

They are looking for an Oracle ERP Analyst to join the team in the brand new Financial Systems department!!

This is a hands-on position, responsible for the ongoing development, administration, and support of the company’s financial systems (Oracle Fusion).

Experience with Fusion Accounting Hub is a MUST!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support enhancements, projects, incidents, and system requests for financial systems, including Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Expense, Accounting Hub, and others, to meet Company’s evolving accounting and reporting requirements.
• Assist with other Oracle Cloud ERP areas as needed (e.g., General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Payables, Expense, and OTBI Reports).
• Manage the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials enterprise structure, including creating new legal entities, updating the chart of accounts, and maintaining approval hierarchies across various business units based on roles, levels, supervisor hierarchy, and approval groups.
• Provide pre- and post-production Go-Live support, ensuring data and configuration validation.
• Address and resolve issues for business users, manage Oracle Service Requests, and collaborate with managed service providers and consultants.
• Maintain proper documentation and decision support for reporting strategy design and testing.
• Develop and manage training materials for end users and provide ongoing training sessions for business users.
• Assist with the implementation of new finance systems.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials, including modules such as General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Payables, and Expense.
• Extremely strong communication skills
• Valid US Visa (Green Card Holder) / US Citizen
