Oracle EPM Consultant (Cloud Planning)

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (base)

Location: United States (remote)

Position Summary:

Leading Oracle Implementation Partner looking to hire an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud professional into their implementation team.

The company is looking for Consultant – Senior Consultant level hires but can be flexible depending on fit!

As part of this team, you’ll work through all phases of the project lifecycle and contribute to the growth and innovation of our organization. Candidates with the right expertise and mindset will find excellent potential for career advancement.

Job qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
  • Experience with at least two complete implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (such as EPBCS, PBCS, or EPBC).
  • Additional experience with tools like FCC, ARCS, or PCMCS/EPCM is highly desirable.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM Cloud-based planning systems.
  • Partner with clients to craft solutions that align with their specific objectives and operational challenges.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring top-tier results.
  • Demonstrate advanced technical skills to address complex requirements and guide resolution of roadblocks.
  • Employ visualization tools and storytelling techniques to make data insights actionable and compelling.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
