Workday Financials Analyst – Remote – up to $110k

Position Overview:
As a Workday Financials Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and optimization of the Workday Financials system. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Workday Financials system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes within Workday.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide training and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on Workday enhancements and best practices, recommending updates as necessary.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial performance.
- Participate in system upgrades and testing, ensuring smooth transitions.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience administering Workday Financials
- Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools within Workday.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a non-profit environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
