Job Title: Remote Workiva Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Remote (North America)

We are currently seeking a Financial Reporting Manager with deep experience in Workiva to join our growing team. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with top-tier professionals and supporting a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Financial Reporting Projects: Manage client-facing projects related to Workiva’s financial reporting tools, ensuring smooth and successful implementation, from planning to execution.
- Workiva Implementation & Optimization: Leverage your expertise in Workiva to optimize the financial reporting workflows for clients, ensuring they fully utilize the capabilities of the platform.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice, guidance, and training on using Workiva for financial reporting.
- Prepare and Review Financial Statements: Work with clients to prepare, review, and consolidate financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify opportunities to automate and improve financial reporting processes through Workiva’s solutions, increasing efficiency and reducing manual efforts.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to provide leadership, training, and support for junior staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay Updated on Financial Reporting Trends: Keep abreast of industry changes, regulatory updates, and new features of the Workiva platform to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related roles with a focus on Workiva implementation and management.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workiva’s financial reporting tools (Wdata, Wdesk, Wq, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting requirements, US GAAP, and other regulatory standards.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional client-facing skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easily digestible manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
