Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator – Hybrid (Ponte Vedra, FL) – $90-130K
We’ve partnered with a prestigious sports organization that’s looking for a Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator to lead the next phase of their financial systems evolution.
This role sits within a high-functioning FP&A team and will own the Adaptive roadmap—designing, implementing, and scaling models, reports, and integrations in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. You’ll be at the core of bridging finance operations and system architecture, helping the business move toward greater automation, insight, and agility.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the administration and enhancement of Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights across the enterprise
- Develop and deliver scalable financial models, reports, and dashboards
- Lead discovery with FP&A, Controllership, and business units to align on functional requirements
- Ideate and implement solutions that improve automation and data quality
- Manage data integration and mapping between Adaptive and other platforms (Workday HCM/Financials, etc.)
- Train internal teams and establish best practices for model governance and use
- Stay on the cutting edge of Adaptive and Workday functionality through vendor interactions and conferences
Ideal Experience:
- 5+ years working with financial systems, including 2+ years hands-on Adaptive Planning admin experience
- Background in FP&A or finance system management in Workday-driven environments
- Strong experience with model building, version control, calculated accounts, access/security setup
- Knowledge of financial reporting, data governance, and integration flows
- Adept at partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver system solutions
- Bonus: Experience supporting system rollouts or roadmap creation
