Position Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled Vena Consultants to assist in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Vena solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems, business processes, and the ability to deliver strategic solutions using the Vena platform. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and provide ongoing support to ensure that our clients maximize the value of their Vena investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and integration of Vena solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives, sometimes working alongside Vena Consultants from the vendor.
  • Customize and configure Vena templates, reports, and workflows to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to drive adoption of Vena.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide expert support to resolve Vena-related challenges.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial processes and recommend improvements using Vena.
  • Assist with data migration, ensuring accurate and efficient transfers to the Vena platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and support post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of Vena solutions and services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with Vena Solutions, including implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with other financial systems (e.g., ERP, FP&A tools) is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Vena certification (preferred, but not required).
