Senior Pre-Sales Consultant — CPM Software Vendor (Series B)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Salary: $150-220,000 Total OTE CAD
Our client, a rapidly growing Series B CPM software vendor, is expanding its Canadian presence and seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant in Toronto. Their modern planning platform is transforming how Finance teams plan, forecast, and analyze performance.
Role Overview
You’ll partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, shape solution design, and deliver compelling demos that highlight the platform’s value. This role combines deep finance/FP&A expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and map customer requirements
- Build and deliver tailored demos and prototypes
- Support RFPs, POCs, and technical evaluations
- Provide best-practice guidance on planning and modeling
- Share customer insights with Product and GTM teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in CPM/EPM/FP&A technology (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, etc.)
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or implementations
- Excellent demo delivery and stakeholder communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
