Codex is partnered with a leading EPM Consultancy in Norway, who are seeking a Principal Engagement Lead. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering solutions to clients, working closely with customers to ensure successful, tailored EPM solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Lead with Impact: Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and measurable results.
• Drive Growth: Support and grow Nordic EPM business, with a special focus on Norway, by identifying new opportunities and enhancing capabilities.
• Inspire and Mentor: Guide team members’ growth through strategic mentorship and professional development.
• Be a Thought Leader: Shape and share insights on digital transformation and performance management strategies.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with sales leaders on business development, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and delivering compelling proposals.

What you’ll bring:

• Expertise in EPM FP&A Transformations: Strong understanding of FP&A, accounting, and extensive experience with EPM implementations, e.g OneStream, Anaplan, Jedox, Board, Adaptive Insights, or Tagetik
• Proven Leadership: A track record of leading and delivering complex consulting or digital transformation projects successfully.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, especially when engaging with senior executives.
• Strategic Vision: Insight into how EPM solutions can drive long-term performance management strategies for clients.
