Overview

We are seeking a talented and ambitious NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a smart, creative, and resourceful professional with a strong passion for understanding and delivering scalable business solutions to clients. As part of a small team, you will play a key role in optimizing NetSuite for clients and managing the end-to-end implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will:

• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their business needs, and design, implement, test, and deploy NetSuite-based solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee the projects you’re working on with your clients, ensuring successful and timely completion.
• Business Solutions: Identify, design, and implement creative business solutions to continually improve client methodologies and execution.
• Training & Leadership: Train and mentor junior-level NetSuite consultants, helping to develop their skills and knowledge.
• NetSuite Expertise: Lead customizations, configurations, integrations, and migrations on the NetSuite platform.
• Reporting: Produce workflows, dashboards, saved searches, and inventory reports tailored to clients’ needs.
• Consultation & Support: Act as a subject matter expert for clients and colleagues, assisting in revenue recognition solution support.
• Presentations: Create and deliver presentations on technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approaches, milestones, and results to client stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of direct NetSuite implementation and consulting experience.
• Experience with full lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
• Expertise in designing and configuring NetSuite.
• Strong business acumen with experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
• Experience with data conversions, integrations, reporting, and customizations in NetSuite.
• Proven ability to test NetSuite applications and validate setups, including contributing to test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs and define business benefits and costs.
• Experience managing technical development and acting as a liaison between technical teams and users.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• Certifications:
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation
• NetSuite Certified ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Consultant
• Multi-book or Advanced Revenue Management Certifications
