Senior Maximo Business Consultant – US, Remote

Leading Maximo Partner making multiple hires in Q4 to capitalize on their active project pipeline, with a collective 750+ years of Maximo experience within the team, thousands of Maximo projects delivered over decades of doing business – this is a brilliant organization to further grow as a Maximo consultant.

This role is focused around aligning business processes and functional leadership throughout Maximo projects, with some limited technical responsibilities. Preference for Government experience (SLED, Federal – candidates with security clearance or previous security clearance will be very interesting) but broad industry background will be highly desired too.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maximo solution design and delivery across full project lifecycle

• Partner closely with client stakeholders to drive business processes

• Conduct assessments, gap analyses, troubleshooting, and provide technical & functional guidance

• Support deployment of Maximo and related applications using compliant change-control processes

• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to proposals, documentation, and best-practice development

Requirements

• 10+ years of Maximo delivery experience, consulting preferred – mainly functional (~80/20 functional-technical split)

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to self-manage multiple projects

• Proven success delivering high-quality work on schedule in fast-paced environments
