As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s financial future, working closely with the VP of FP&A as part of a dynamic team. This position offers significant growth potential within the next 6-9 months and will allow you to make a lasting impact on financial strategies and operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Adaptive Planning, including maintenance, updates, and implementing best practic
  • es.Develop and refine 3-statement models, ensuring accurate builds in Adapti
  • ve.Lead long-term financial modeling (1- and 5-year planning) and contribute to 13-week cash flow forecasti
  • ng.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide top-tier business partnering and actionable insights.

What We’re Looking

  • For:4+ years of FP&A experience, ideally within the SaaS/software indus
  • try.Hands-on expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights (admin-level skills requir
  • ed).Strong background in financial modeling and forecast
  • ing.Proficiency in creating scalable processes and delivering data-driven recommendati
  • ons.Bonus points for experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Google Sheets, or Workday HCM integrations with Adaptive.
