Senior Financial Analyst (Workday Adaptive Planning) – NYC/New Jersey – $100-130K
Our client, a leading and rapidly growing company in the Utilities industry is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst with expertise in FP&A and Adaptive Planning to join their finance team. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and motivated analyst to support strategic financial initiatives, drive forecasting and reporting processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. This role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite meetings in the Tri-State area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adaptive Planning Administration: Maintain and modify Adaptive models, structure account hierarchies, and apply attributes and dimensions to support financial analysis
- Financial Modeling & Reporting: Build and enhance financial models and reports, writing formulas and ensuring model accuracy
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Support the forecasting and budgeting process, analyzing trends, and providing insights
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance and other departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial data
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A or related financial analysis roles
- Advanced proficiency with Adaptive Planning (admin, modeling, reporting, and formula writing)
- Ability to structure account hierarchies and leverage attributes and dimensions in Adaptive
- Located in the Tri-State area with ability to travel to the office as needed
- Bonus: Experience with Dynamics 365 (ERP)
