(OneStream) Financial Analyst II, FP&A – Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid)

A new client, leading their industry across North America, are currently seeking a Financial Analyst with experience in OneStream financial consolidation and Power BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and financial consolidation tools. You will be responsible for maintaining vendor special pricing agreements, analyzing data, and creating reports and dashboards using OneStream and Power BI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support all aspects of OneStream including business rules, metadata management, workflows, reporting and dashboards
• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Assist in the budgeting and forecast process
• Assist in reporting development within Power BI becoming a Power User
• Conduct variance analysis to support accounting during month end close
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decision making
• Perform a variety of financial analyses that identify trends and recommendations to help inform decision making
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Demonstrated knowledge with financial systems and data query tools
• Working knowledge of budget management, financial analysis, financial modeling and basic accounting principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
• Experience creating OneStream cube views, dashboards, and excel add-in
• Experience with Power BI and Power Queries.
