Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Systems Analyst to drive the growth and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and enhancing ERP systems, focusing on financial processes, reporting, data models, and system integrations.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial services industry knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead enhancements, projects, and support initiatives for ERP systems, including Oracle Cloud ERP and Fusion Accounting Hub.
- Develop and implement effective solutions for ERP platforms (Fusion/ Oracle Cloud).
- Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including legal entity setup, chart of accounts maintenance, and approval workflow configurations.
- Provide post-implementation support, ensuring data integrity and addressing user concerns efficiently.
- Oversee integrations and scheduled processes, working with IT teams to ensure seamless external system connectivity.
- Develop and maintain training materials, deliver ongoing user education, and contribute to ERP-related finance projects that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion Financials preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and statutory accounting principles.
- Experience with ERP financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Procurement.
- Knowledge of ERP reporting tools and data integration best practices.
- Preferred certifications: MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling capabilities.
