A leading international consultancy is searching for an Senior EPM Manager with Vena experience to define and deploy the vision, objectives, and action plans related to the EPM and CLOSE offerings.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and alignment of the various EPM & CLOSE offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the CRO to drive revenue growth and with the COO to optimize operations.
- Act as a Customer Success Manager on strategic accounts to ensure the smooth execution of interventions, maintain excellent client relationships, and generate opportunities.
- Ensure the optimal activity rate of EPM and CLOSE consultants and their profitability.
- Anticipate risks and implement preventive and corrective actions to manage them effectively.
- Represent the company in its scope of activity, promote the EPM and CLOSE offerings, and position them in the market.
- Assume an expert role, support consultants, and help them leverage your experience to enhance their skills.
- In collaboration with the Project Office, ensure the successful execution of EPM and CLOSE projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and of the highest quality.
- Organize, assign, and coordinate operational teams in collaboration with sales for pre-sales activities: demos, discovery calls, presentations, and proposals. You are responsible for your teams’ involvement and for ensuring they follow the sales process.
Preferred Experience
Management:
- HR-related aspects: Approve salary reviews, bonuses, vacation, mobility, etc.
- Collaborate with HR and the COO to recruit, train, and retain top-tier EPM and CLOSE talent.
- Define, propose, and evolve the organizational structure of the EPM and CLOSE teams.
- Motivate and lead the EPM and CLOSE teams.
- Act as a guardian of company values.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Vena solutions as a Consultant or End-User
- You are detail-oriented, a team player, and committed to the success of your projects.
- You have pre-sales skills.
- You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills and the ability to identify solutions that add value for the client.
- Consulting experience across different sectors and companies.
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with various EPM tools (a plus).
