Senior EPM Consultant – Oracle Planning Cloud

$120,000 – $140,000 (base salary) | Remote

As a Senior Consultant, your primary focus will be on the design, deployment, and optimization of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning solutions for clients in various industries. This role requires a blend of functional expertise and technical aptitude, as well as strong leadership skills to guide engagements through all phases, from initial concept to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and execution of integrated Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and NetSuite Solutions (EPBCS / EPBC / PBCS / NSPB)
• Collaborate closely with clients to tailor solutions that address their unique business needs and goals.
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring that objectives are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts, including proposal writing, cost estimation, and business development.
• Provide thought leadership throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring delivery of exceptional results.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar). Additional certifications (e.g., CPA, MBA) are advantageous.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in implementing Oracle EPM OR NetSuite solutions.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams to successful outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• US Citizen or Green-card Holder
