Our client is an exciting, fast-growing start-up that is revolutionizing financial planning and reporting. They’re on a mission to bring Power BI and the Microsoft stack into the Office of the CFO, replacing traditional, bulky planning tools with streamlined, data-driven solutions.

As a Power BI Finance Transformation Consultant, you’ll leverage your expertise in Power BI development and your finance background to deliver innovative financial reporting and planning solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to transform their financial processes, integrating Power BI with their existing systems to drive real-time insights and smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Power BI Solutions: Build impactful financial reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Consult with Clients: Work with CFOs and finance teams to understand their needs and design tailored solutions that integrate with their financial systems.
• Drive Transformation: Help clients move away from legacy planning tools and adopt more flexible, scalable solutions powered by Power BI.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Power BI development (Power Query, DAX, report design, etc.).
• Finance degree or background (Accounting, Finance, Economics, etc.) with a deep understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Consulting experience or a strong ability to work with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft stack (Azure, SQL Server, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
