Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Leadership: Take ownership of the Pigment practice, driving its development, strategic direction, and growth within the organization.
• EPM Solutions Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Pigment-based EPM solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, supporting their growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the EPM space.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement by applying industry best practices and introducing new solutions that enhance service delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

• Consulting Experience: Significant experience in a consulting role, particularly in EPM, finance transformation, or a related field.
• Leadership Gravitas: Confidence in stepping into a leadership role, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• EPM Implementation Expertise: Practical experience implementing EPM solutions, with a willingness to deepen expertise in Pigment technology (full training will be provided).
• Learning & Growth Mindset: Open to learning new tools and techniques, and committed to your own development and the success of your team.
