Title: Pigment Implementation Consultant

About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Pigment Implementation Consultants to join a growing implementation practice focused on one of the fastest-growing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms in the market.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in FP&A, financial modeling, and Pigment implementations who enjoy working directly with clients to deliver modern planning solutions. You’ll partner with enterprise organizations to design, configure, and deploy Pigment while helping clients transform their planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Pigment implementation projects for enterprise clients
• Partner with stakeholders to understand planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational planning requirements
• Design, configure, and build Pigment models, applications, and dashboards
• Develop financial and operational planning models that support key business processes
• Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and client teams to deliver successful implementations
• Provide best practice guidance on Pigment capabilities and planning processes
• Support post-go-live enhancements, optimization initiatives, and ongoing client success

Required Qualifications

• Experience implementing Pigment planning solutions
• Strong FP&A, financial planning, or corporate performance management background
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and reporting processes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment

Preferred

• Previous consulting experience
• Multiple end-to-end Pigment implementation projects
• Experience with enterprise planning transformations
• Familiarity with other EPM/CPM platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, Planful, Prophix, Vena, or similar)
