Salary: Starting at $150,000

We’re hiring a Pigment Architect to build and scale a best-in-class business planning ecosystem at a high-growth, pre-IPO software company. This is a highly visible role responsible for architecting the core planning models that power strategic decision-making across the business.

You’ll serve as the technical owner of the Pigment platform, partnering with senior leaders to translate complex business challenges into scalable, high-performing models that support rapid growth.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Designing, building, and deploying multi-dimensional planning models in Pigment across long-range planning, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, headcount planning, sales capacity, and quota and territory planning
  • Acting as the primary Pigment subject matter expert, setting standards for model design, data architecture, and performance optimization
  • Owning end-to-end data integrations between Pigment and core systems such as EPM, ERP, CRM, and HRIS to ensure automation and data integrity
  • Managing the full development lifecycle from design and prototyping through UAT, deployment, and iteration
  • Partnering directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate logic into model architecture, and deliver dashboards and insights
  • Maintaining and scaling the planning platform as the company continues to grow rapidly

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building complex models in an EPM platform such as Pigment or Anaplan
  • Proven experience architecting FP&A and sales planning solutions from the ground up
  • Strong technical expertise in data integrations, APIs, and ETL workflows
  • Ability to translate complex business logic into scalable, maintainable model architecture
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior, non-technical stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with an owner’s mindset

Experience/Certifications

  • Direct, hands-on Pigment modeling experience
  • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, sales operations, or quota and territory planning
  • Strong data skills including SQL or data visualization tools

If you’re an EPM Architect who enjoys building from zero to one and owning the planning backbone of a fast-growing company, this is a role worth exploring.
