Overview
A global advisory and technology organization is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead enterprise ERP Financials initiatives. This role combines executive-level client advisory, solution architecture, and full lifecycle delivery leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. You must be able to talk to/understand SCM as well.
The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical expertise, along with the ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable, high-impact system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales
- Advise executive stakeholders on ERP and supply chain transformation strategies
- Facilitate discovery sessions to define business and system requirements
- Deliver tailored Oracle Fusion solution demonstrations
- Contribute to proposals, solution positioning, and pursuit strategy
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical designs
- Provide best-practice guidance across Financials, Procurement, and SCM
- Architect integrations, security frameworks, data models, and reporting strategies
- Oversee analytics and reporting solutions leveraging Oracle tools
Delivery Leadership
- Lead implementations from design through go-live and post-production support
- Manage scope, risk, timelines, and quality standards
- Mentor functional and technical teams
- Drive stakeholder alignment and change adoption
- Serve as escalation point for complex solution challenges
Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise technology roles, including 4+ years architecting Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
- Strong expertise across ERP and SCM modules
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations
- Solid understanding of finance, procurement, and supply chain operations
- Experience with Oracle integration frameworks (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
