Oracle ERP Solution Architect (Senior Manager)

I’m working with a Leading Global Oracle SI to hire a Senior Manager, Oracle ERP Solution Architect with deep experience in the Energy & Utilities (or Oil & Gas) sector. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a hands-on leadership role in designing and delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for major clients.
The Role
As a Senior Manager, you’ll take ownership of both the strategic and executional elements of digital transformation programs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead delivery teams, and oversee all phases of project work—from initial engagement through solution implementation.
Your work will blend technical leadership, client relationship management, and team mentorship. You’ll ensure that every engagement delivers measurable value, while also contributing to the continued growth and development of the consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a solution architect for Oracle Cloud ERP programs within the Energy & Utilities or Oil & Gas industries
- Lead and manage project teams through the full lifecycle—from design and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to assess business needs and design tailored Oracle ERP solutions
- Oversee the successful implementation of at least two Oracle Cloud modules (such as GL, AR, AP, AM, Cash Management, Grants, or PPM)
- Provide strategic guidance, ensuring solutions align with broader business objectives
- Mentor consultants and project staff, supporting both technical and professional development
- Contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth activities
- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5–7 years’ experience delivering ERP Cloud implementations in a consulting environment
- 3+ years as a Solution Architect, ideally in the Energy & Utilities or Oil & Gas sectors
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud modules (minimum of two from: GL, AR, AP, AM, Cash, Grants, PPM)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching and developing consulting teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs
