Oracle ERP Practice Lead

Location: US (Remote), but travel required

I am working with a Management Consultancy (mid-sized Oracle Implementation Partner), that is looking to hire a Practice Lead to oversee their Oracle ERP Function.

Job responsibilities:

• Oversee Oracle ERP Practice (on-shore and off-shore)
• Oversee Implementations as required (either as an Architect, Program Manager, or Consultant)
• Hit individual sales quota
• Work closely with Industry Leads to ensure market relevancy
• Create GTM strategy with Sales team
• Responsible for: revenue, cost of delivery, margin, and operating income

Job requirements:

• Proven experience in Leadership position within the Oracle ERP team at another Oracle SI
• Energy to attack the market and scale this Oracle ERP Practice
• Proven Management and Leadership capabilities

Nice to haves:

• Proven experience as Oracle ERP Practice Lead at another SI
• Relationships with Oracle Sales Reps
• Relationships with Oracle Product Teams (ERP)
