Oracle EPM Solution Architect

I am working with a boutique Oracle Systems Integrator who is looking for a Senior Oracle EPM Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping and leading complex EPM initiatives. Primarily in Planning (EPBCS).

Role Summary

This is a senior-level position requiring deep Oracle Cloud EPM expertise and proven experience leading full-cycle implementations. You will act as both technical authority and delivery leader, owning architecture decisions while supporting teams and clients throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and lead Oracle EPM implementations from initial architecture through delivery
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Oracle EPM on client engagements
• Partner closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions
• Ensure high-quality delivery, responsiveness, and adherence to project timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in a highly communicative environment

Job Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ hands-on experience with Oracle EPM, with significant focus on Oracle Planning Cloud
• Architect or technical lead on multiple end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM implementations
• Direct ownership of solution design for several Oracle Cloud EPM applications
• Extensive implementation experience across configuration, calculations, forms, reporting, dashboards, and automation
• Background working with both standard Oracle modules and highly customized solutions
• Strong involvement in pre-sales activities including proposals, statements of work, and project planning
• Practical experience with EPM data integration tools, automation frameworks, scripting, and batch processing
• Familiarity with additional Oracle EPM modules such as financial consolidation, account reconciliation, master data, or profitability modeling is a plus
• Comfortable presenting to and advising senior client stakeholders
• Appreciation for clear, thorough documentation alongside hands-on development
