Oracle EPM Solution Architect

Base salary: $130,000 – 170,000

Location: Atlanta (Flexible Hybrid)

Must be: GC Holder of US Citizen

I am working with a Global Industry Company that is looking for an Oracle EPM Solution Architect to join the team.

They have 4 separate brands which are all consolidated on Oracle EPM Planning. They are looking to implement EPCM next, so it’s a brilliant opportunity to expand your skillset!!

Job Responsibilities

• Own and advance the global Oracle EPM Cloud environment, ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement
• Design, implement, and optimize solutions supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and planning activities
• Drive automation initiatives and embed leading practices across FP&A processes
• Lead system enhancements and coordinate end-to-end delivery of EPM-related projects
• Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and consistent global data flows
• Identify opportunities to improve functionality, usability, and performance of financial systems
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for finance and business stakeholders
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycles
• Provide expert-level support, training, and guidance to finance users across regions
• Promote standardization and governance across functions while enabling regional flexibility where required

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline
• Extensive hands-on experience (5+ years) working with Oracle EPM Cloud
• Technical proficiency with Groovy scripting, REST APIs, and PowerShell
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with complex financial data
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Solid understanding of financial accounting, reporting, controllership, and audit-related processes
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including international travel
