Oracle EPM Practice Leader
A leading business and technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Practice Leader to drive the growth and evolution of its Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) offering. This role requires a proven track record in selling, leading, and delivering Oracle EPM solutions, as well as a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle EPM practice, with accountability for business development, team leadership, and project delivery.
- Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, crafting compelling solutions, and closing new business across the Oracle EPM Cloud suite (FCCS, ARCS, Planning, etc.).
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior finance and technology leaders, helping clients navigate complex performance management challenges.
- Architect and oversee end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the practice’s vision, growth strategy, and go-to-market approach.
- Mentor and develop a team of functional and technical consultants, fostering a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.
- Represent the firm in industry forums, conferences, and thought leadership activities.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience delivering Oracle EPM solutions, with expertise in modules such as FCCS, ARCS, and Planning.
- Proven sales experience—must have a history of winning Oracle EPM business through strong client relationships, solutioning capabilities, and executive-level influence.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, including close, consolidations, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Functional finance or accounting background, ideally paired with technical implementation knowledge.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to build trust and credibility at the C-suite level.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams, building practices, and mentoring talent within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
