Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM (Recruiting & Performance)

Role Summary

The Senior Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM (Recruiting & Performance) is responsible for leading the design and delivery of Oracle Recruiting and Performance Management solutions for enterprise clients. This is a highly client-facing role focused on solution ownership, stakeholder communication, and functional leadership across the full implementation lifecycle.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through requirements discovery, solution design, configuration, and post–go-live support. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting and Performance, strong consulting skills, and the ability to translate complex talent processes into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Travel to client sites may be required up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the functional lead and primary client contact for Oracle Recruiting and Performance implementations
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand end-to-end recruiting and performance management processes
  • Translate client requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting and Performance solutions
  • Own functional solution design, configuration decisions, and overall implementation approach
  • Configure and deploy Oracle Recruiting and Performance modules in alignment with best practices
  • Deliver solution demos, design walkthroughs, and stakeholder presentations
  • Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Support all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and drive resolution to meet project timelines
  • Maintain system documentation and manage configurations across test and production environments
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and contribute to internal delivery standards

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle Recruiting and Performance modules
  • Experience leading multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations with a Recruiting and/or Performance focus
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing discussions and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with boutique consulting or Oracle implementation partners preferred
