Oracle Cloud Payroll Architect

This leading consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Architect to join their dynamic consulting team. This is a full-time, US-based role that requires occasional travel to client locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation on best practices for Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations
- Lead the configuration and management of Oracle Cloud ERP Payroll solutions
- Offer guidance on payroll business processes and system optimization
- Assist in defining and validating payroll-related conversion activities
- Prepare and deliver weekly status updates to the project management team
- Collaborate with other module experts to design the best solutions for clients
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud Payroll, translating business needs into system configurations
- Create and maintain test scripts for functional testing
- Document and enhance system processes, suggesting procedural improvements
- Support key payroll functions, including payroll cycle management, monthly accruals, and lien processing
- Provide technical guidance on integrations, data conversions, and report generation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead, with 2-4 years in Oracle Cloud implementation
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Extract, HDL, and PBL, is preferred
- Expertise in patch testing and issue resolution, including performing impact analyses
- Experience managing the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and deployment
