Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Architect
$180,000 – $200,000 (base salary) | Remote (USA & Canada), travel required!
Global Oracle Implementation Partner is looking to hire an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect.
This is a full-time opportunity with a Leading Oracle SI, that requires US or Canadian citizenship or a valid work visa.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead technical oversight of project estimates, utilizing standard tools and industry methodologies to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring alignment between proposed solutions and business objectives to drive profitability and engagement success.
- Collaborate with business development teams, identifying opportunities for future engagements and growth.
- Design and implement high-quality solutions based on client needs, advising on best practices, strategies, and possible alternatives.
- Participate in client meetings, providing expert insights on technical architectures, project plans, and implementation approaches.
- Support the technical aspects of solution design, including risk analysis, reviewing proposals, and client presentations.
- Provide continuous monitoring of project implementation, reporting on risks, and adjusting estimates or schedules as needed.
- Assist with creating change orders and identify additional service opportunities for new or ongoing client projects.
Job requirements:
- 7-10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM implementations across various industries.
- Expertise in HDL Conversions, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and custom payroll flows.
- Experience with fast formulas for Payroll, Benefits, Absences, and Time & Labor (OTL).
- In-depth knowledge of BPM Workflow Approval rules and experience with FSM and BPM.
- Familiarity with building application extensions using VBCS.
- Experience setting up SSO configurations with various Identity Providers (IDPs).
- Ability to manage client expectations and relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
- Leadership experience managing teams, including training, development, and career growth of team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering open dialogue with colleagues and management teams.
