Oracle ARCS Lead Consultant

As an Oracle ARCS Lead Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of Oracle Account Reconciliation solutions, partnering with clients to streamline close and reconciliation processes. You will apply ARCS best practices to improve control, efficiency, and compliance while providing technical leadership across the full project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), including compliance and transaction matching.
  • Translate business and close-process requirements into scalable ARCS solutions aligned to best practices.
  • Drive project delivery across Oracle EPM engagements, ensuring milestones, quality, and outcomes are met.
  • Advise clients on ARCS functionality, reconciliation frameworks, and control optimization, both remotely and on-site.
  • Configure application components, support testing cycles, and resolve functional issues.
  • Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery standards and implementation efficiency.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership across small project teams.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle EPM Close solutions, with strong depth in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) / Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM).
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing ARCS and reconciliation solutions.
  • End-to-end delivery experience on Account Reconciliation Compliance and/or Transaction Matching projects.
  • Strong functional and configuration expertise in ARCS, including reconciliation formats, matching rules, profiles, and controls.
  • Experience with Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS), Narrative Reporting, Financial Reporting, and Smart View.
  • Experience supporting financial close and reconciliation processes within complex finance environments.
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements, produce functional design documentation, and support testing and issue resolution.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including stakeholder engagement and requirements workshops.
  • Experience leading small teams (2–4 consultants) and facilitating solution design sessions.
  • Familiarity with structured project delivery methodologies and project planning tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
