OneStream Technical Lead

A leading global commodities and logistics organization is implementing a transformative OneStream EPM solution to manage critical financial processes such as Consolidation, Tax Planning, and Overhead Allocation.

As the OneStream Technical Lead, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and finance in a collaborative co-building model.

This position offers complete ownership, accountability, and technical responsibility for ensuring the OneStream platform remains secure, up-to-date, and optimally configured throughout its lifecycle from implementation through to continuous cloud updates and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-build the OneStream application with implementation partners and business teams, ensuring effective design, configuration, and integration.
• Manage data migration, translating complex business data into clear technical requirements.
• Assess and implement application patches, upgrades, and releases with minimal disruption.
• Align business and IT strategies by analyzing requirements and validating production changes.
• Design and document IT solutions, support troubleshooting, and maintain technical knowledge bases.
• Mentor vendor teams and support future system enhancements, including ESG reporting.

Experience

• 10+ years in software development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading EPM (OneStream) implementations.
• Experience integrating ERP and EPM systems strongly preferred.
• 3+ years in product testing and QA within complex environments.

Skills

• Strong OneStream EPM expertise (Consolidation, Tax, Overheads).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Familiar with C#, VB.Net, JavaScript, and data migration.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and financial reporting.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
