OneStream Lead Architect – Account Reconciliations

A growing, PE-backed Diamond OneStream Partner are seeking your expertise in Account Reconciliations to lead the design and delivery of OneStream solutions for consulting clients.

As a Certified Lead Architect, you will come in as a Thought Leader, owning solution architecture, driving best practices, and serving as the senior technical advisor for multiple end to end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OneStream architecture with a primary focus on Account Reconciliations
• Define and enforce OneStream best practices, standards, and controls across client implementations
• Translate accounting and close requirements into scalable technical designs
• Provide technical leadership to project teams and mentor consultants
• Partner with clients’ Accounting, Finance, and Audit teams to support close and compliance needs
• Oversee testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimisation

Required Qualifications

• OneStream Lead Architect Certification (required)
• 5+ years of OneStream implementation experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with OneStream Account Reconciliations solution
• Strong understanding of financial close, GL accounting, and SOX controls
• Advanced experience with OneStream Business Rules (VB.NET or C#) and metadata design
• Proven ability to lead client-facing architecture discussions
• Experience with large or multi-entity OneStream implementations
• ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
