Lead Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant (OTL)

 

  • Base salary: $130 – 150k
  • Bonus: 10% utilization (quarterly)
  • Location: US (remote)
  • Travel: 3x per project

I am working with a boutique Oracle SI which is looking for a Senior HCM Consultant to lead their OTL (and potentially ABM) workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering 1–2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

What responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle implementations of OTL and ABM, from discovery through go-live
  • Design and implement scalable solutions across Time and Labor, Absence, Scheduling, and Labor Optimization
  • Facilitate client workshops, gather requirements, and guide solution design decisions
  • Oversee time capture strategies, including physical clock integrations aligned with OTL configuration
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to ensure seamless HCM integration
  • Manage testing cycles, issue resolution, and deployment readiness
  • Support user adoption through training, functional leadership, and change guidance

Job requirements:

  • Experience leading 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle Time and Labor implementations
  • Strong functional expertise in OTL and related workforce modules
  • Experience partnering with integration and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work independently in a consulting-driven environment
