Lead Oracle EPM Planning Implementation Consultant – Full-time!

Position Overview:

I am looking for an experienced Oracle Planning professional, who has been involved in end-to-end implementations of EPBCS/PBCS!

This organization are potentially open to individuals who are currently working in industry, who have strong technical prowess, and the desire to grow in to, and become, and Implementation Consultant!

In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, configure, and deploy cutting-edge EPM solutions that drive performance and insight.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge with a functional understanding and excellent communication skills!

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Planning Cloud (EPBCS) solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design planning and forecasting models aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and configure EPBCS modules including Financials, Workforce, Capital, Projects, and Strategic Modeling.
• Build business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations.
• Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to end users.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up to date with Oracle EPM Cloud updates and best practices.
• Travel to client site when required!

Job qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically Planning Cloud/EPBCS.
• Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Experience designing and developing with EPM Automate, Smart View, and Data Management (FDMEE or Cloud Data Management).
• Proficiency in writing complex business rules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Oracle EPM certification(s) a plus.
