Lead HCM Technical Consultant
- Salary: $150-180k (base salary)
- Bonus: 20%

Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager, you’ll take on a dynamic, client-facing role that blends project and engagement management, team leadership, and strategic-level interactions with clients. While responsibilities may vary depending on the project’s size and scope, you can expect to engage deeply with clients, guiding them through every phase of the project, from pursuit to delivery. You’ll also focus on practice development, mentor colleagues, and manage project and organizational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Note: This position does not offer sponsorship. Candidates must be U.S. citizens.
- Lead the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, specifically in Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Core HR.
- Complete at least one full-life cycle implementation, involving the creation, testing, and modification of fast formulas and integrations (both inbound and outbound), as well as troubleshooting OTBI/BI Publisher reports and data models.
- Support existing system integrations, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operation.
- Work with fast formulas, reviewing and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and write OTBI/BI Publisher Reports.
- Familiarity with Redwood UI and recent Hessian versions is highly desirable.
- Build and manage complex data models.
- Configure and adjust Core HR, Time & Labor, and Absence Management tables.
- Perform system changes related to absence management and time & labor.
- Redesign and resolve integration issues.
- Handle data adjustments and calculations for employee timecards.
- Track daily activities and system updates in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and maintain timely updates on Oracle SRs.
- Leverage My Oracle Support for troubleshooting and resolutions.
- Utilize SQL/PL SQL for technical support and reporting.
- Python knowledge is a plus; the client does not utilize middleware.
- Resolve daily break/fix issues related to HCM systems.
- Strong communication skills are essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Effective time management, the ability to multitask, and manage multiple issues simultaneously are required.
