My client is looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join their team in New York. This role is critical in supporting the organization’s growth by managing HR systems and processes efficiently. What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS (Workday) support, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests
  • Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement effective HR programs and initiatives
  • Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations for informed decision-making
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS, conducting regular audits and updates as needed
  • Provide training and support to HR and business users on HRIS functionality and best practices
  • Stay informed about HR technology trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in HRIS administration, with at least 3 years of experience working with Workday
  • Skilled in analyzing data and generating reports to support business objectives
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity
  • Excellent communicator, able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
