Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday

Location: Greater Cleveland (Hybrid 2 days on-site)

$100,000 -$130,000

About the Role: My client is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday to join our HR team. This hybrid role is based in Greater Cleveland, with 1-2 days in the office for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support, configuration, and tier support for HR functions, payroll, and benefits.
  • Manage Talent Management processes.
  • Offer backup IT support and helpdesk support (handling tickets from employees, learning, and development teams).
  • Handle reporting out of Workday.
  • Manage Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.), including ownership and reporting.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and integrations.
  • Strong testing abilities, sandbox, production support, and EIB support.
  • 4 years of relevant experience,
  • Experience in multi-state operations and managing payroll support groups.

Soft Skills:

  • Above-average, excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with various HR teams.
  • Strong presentation skills, business acumen, and strategic problem-solving abilities.

Tools and Technology:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of technical environments and systems integrating with Workday.
