Healthcare Advisor – ERP Technology

The ERP Healthcare Strategy Advisor will serve as a trusted strategic partner to healthcare organizations, offering advisory expertise across enterprise resource planning (ERP), data strategy, analytics, and emerging technology adoption. This role requires deep healthcare industry knowledge, strong consulting capabilities, a passion for innovation, and the ability to engage C-Suite clients with clarity and credibility.

You will guide organizations through complex decisions involving ERP modernization, data governance and analytics platforms, AI use cases, and technology roadmaps – helping leaders align technical capabilities to strategic business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to C-Suite leaders (CEO, CIO, CFO, COO, CMIO) on ERP transformation and data strategy.
• Drive executive-level discussions about how to leverage ERP, analytics, and AI to achieve operational, financial, and clinical objectives.
• Establish credibility quickly across senior stakeholders and shape enterprise-wide technology visions.
• Evaluate current ERP environments and formulate recommendations for modernization, cloud migration, process optimization, and integration with clinical and financial systems.
• Advise on vendor selection, contract negotiations, value realization, and long-term technology lifecycle planning.
• Lead thought leadership on how leading healthcare organizations are using AI, predictive analytics, and data platforms to improve care delivery, patient experience, and financial performance.
• Produce high-quality thought leadership content, frameworks, and client deliverables.
• Support workshops, executive briefings, and strategic planning sessions.

Job Qualifications

• 7+ years of advisory/consulting experience with healthcare organizations in ERP, data strategy, analytics, or related domain.
• Proven experience working with C-Suite executives and delivering high-impact strategic guidance.
• Deep understanding of healthcare ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Infor, Workday, Cerner/Oracle, Epic RCM/ERP modules) and healthcare operational challenges.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms, analytics tools, and AI technologies with real-world examples of how organizations are using them.
• Demonstrated ability to craft and communicate enterprise vision, strategy, and business cases.
• Experience with large health systems, academic medical centers, or integrated delivery networks.
• Track record of influencing strategic decision-making at the board level.
• Familiarity with value-based care models, interoperability frameworks, and regulatory environments.
• Prior consulting experience with a top-tier firm or strategic advisory boutique.
