Responsibilities:

• Collaborate globally with clients and internal teams to design and deliver EPM solutions.
• Partner with finance leaders to optimize planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Support implementation and enhancement of performance management models.
• Gain exposure to market-leading EPM tools and build your technical expertise.
• Develop your client management and consulting skills through real-world training and mentorship.
• Contribute to a growing practice by bringing an entrepreneurial mindset and fresh ideas.

Requirements (for FP&A professionals):

• 2–5 years of experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally with consolidation or reporting exposure.
• Some experience with EPM technology (e.g., Anaplan, Pigment, OneStream, Adaptive, or similar) and a strong desire to deepen your expertise.
• Strong communicator with confidence in client-facing environments.
• Analytical, entrepreneurial, and technically curious (some SQL or data experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated progression and longevity in past roles.

Requirements (for Consulting professionals):

• 1–3 years of experience in Consulting, ideally across an EPM platform.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• 2–5 years total work experience with evidence of strong progression.
• Passion for technology, finance transformation, and continuous learning.
