Finance Manager (Workday Adaptive Planning) – Hybrid, Ponte Vedra, Florida – $90-110K

In this role, you’ll oversee key financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes, while driving improvements in dynamic planning and evaluating financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and administration of annual forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans
• Compile monthly finance operating reviews and various financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and present financial presentations for the Board of Directors, players, and sponsors
• Manage and maintain the organization’s headcount planning, reporting, and analysis infrastructure
• Act as a liaison between FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and IT to ensure seamless collaboration and data accuracy
• Support the development of internal planning and reporting infrastructure
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests and special financial projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights and OfficeConnect
• Experience in financial consolidation and presentation preparation
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a collaborative and detail-oriented mindset
