Finance Manager – Remote – $115,000 – $150,000

Our client, a leading crypto company at the forefront of innovation, is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join their team. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment within the exciting realm of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. You will split your time between FP&A work and Adaptive Planning administration.

Role Overview:

As the FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial planning, analysis, and adaptive administration functions within our client’s organization. You will be responsible for driving financial insights, optimizing operational efficiencies, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Adaptive Planning administrator and SME
  • Lead the financial planning and forecasting process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business performance evaluation.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Product Development to align financial goals and objectives with overall business strategies.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by senior management and stakeholders.
  • Streamline and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage financial reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Oversee adaptive administration tasks related to financial systems, tools, and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.


  • Previous experience using Adaptive Planning as an administrator or SME
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the technology, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in financial management.
