Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Executive Director to lead our Workday strategy and operations. This pivotal role will oversee the integration, management, and strategic utilization of Workday Financials and Workday HCM platforms. As a key member of our executive team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization through transformative initiatives and effective leadership.


  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Workday Financials and Workday HCM, aligning with overall business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals responsible for implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Workday systems.
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across finance, HR, and IT to optimize Workday solutions and enhance business processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts, leveraging Workday capabilities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide thought leadership on Workday best practices, emerging trends, and innovations within the financial services sector.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, ensuring effective vendor management and maximizing ROI on Workday investments.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 8 years) in managing and implementing Workday Financials OR Workday HCM solutions within a financial services environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role, overseeing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance within financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of driving business transformation through technology.
