About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide first-class support to our executive leadership team. This is a fast-paced and varied role that combines executive support, project coordination, event management, and business administration.

As the trusted right hand to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of executive operations while acting as a key point of contact internally and externally. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
  • Manage emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Organise executive meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, leadership meetings, and social gatherings.
  • Support with personal administrative tasks, including reservations, correspondence, and household-related matters where required.
  • Manage and coordinate the company’s social media presence and website updates alongside the executive team.
  • Assist with the coordination and administration of real estate activities and related projects.
  • Provide project support through research, reporting, presentation preparation, and coordination of key initiatives.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, documentation, and general office administration.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, solutions-focused, and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar senior administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, project management software, and social media platforms.
  • Experience coordinating travel, events, and executive diaries.
  • Absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
  • A professional, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.
  • The flexibility to adapt in a fast-moving business environment.
