EPM/CPM Implementation Lead – Canada (Remote) – $140-$155,000 CAD

This established and growing consultancy are seeking to expand their EPM/CPM practice with a senior hire at the Lead/Manager level…

You will be focused on delivery best-in-class solutions (Vena, Tagetik, Pigment) to their diverse client base, ranging from boutique firms to Fortune 500. Reporting to the Sr Director, Professional Services, you will be in a highly visible role as Project Lead in the planning practice, working primarily on Vena implementations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, budget and provide regular status updates to the client.
  • Create documentation and lead project meetings.
  • Provide leadership through the full lifecycle of the solution.
  • Gather client business requirements in partnership with the consultants.
  • Design an innovative solution using best practices and customizing for the client’s specific needs.
  • Make the granular design decisions around business solution models.
  • Be a hands-on SME advising, implementing, testing and training.
  • Support and mentor the junior team members.
  • Manage and foster strong client relationships, providing support to project kickoffs and ongoing implementations.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years implementing EPM/CPM solutions (Vena, Tagetik, Prophix, Planful, Pigment, Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle EPM, etc.)
  • Strong understanding or practical experience with financial & accounting processes
  • 2+ years of OLAP cube & SQL, with proven hands-on ability to build dimensions, cubes, ETL processes and write complex SQL queries
  • Previous experience mentoring and growing people and teams.
  • You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • You are willing and able to travel across Canada and the US to work with our clients (<20%)
  • You are legally entitled to work in Canada, as a PR or Canadian Citizen
