Director, Workday Adaptive & Integrations – Remote – $150-200K
Our client, a leader in the Workday Adaptive Consultancy space, are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Workday Adaptive Planning & Integrations to lead efforts in implementing and optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning for clients. This critical role involves overseeing system integrations, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and other key systems, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and Data Warehouses.
- Build and develop a top-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline financial processes, enhance data integrity, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, such as Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, to align financial plans with business objectives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Workday Adaptive Planning processes for clients.
- Ensure that the financial systems and processes meet the evolving needs of clients and support their long-term growth strategies.
- Manage and expand client relationships by understanding their broader business needs beyond finance, reactivating engagements, and cross-selling additional services.
- Oversee client projects, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and align with their business goals.
- Support sales efforts by participating in discovery calls with prospective clients and developing detailed scopes of work.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience implementing and managing Workday Adaptive Planning, including integrating it with other systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Data Warehouse).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into strategic financial plans and actionable insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial data and develop accurate forecasts.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to senior executives and non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
