Our industry leading client is seeking a Director of FP&A to join their Finance Leadership Team. The chosen director will be able to manage direct reports, as well as work closely with C-level staff as well as FP&A Managers and global leadership teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain planning and analysis capabilities that provide the leadership teams with the correct tools to establish goals and measure performance.
• Support the CFO and leadership teams as well as analyze financial performance and outlook alongside them.
• Create a high performing FP&A function.

Requirements:

• 6 years’ of experience of financial analysis and management reporting.
• Highly advanced Excel, TM1, and Access knowledge. – Cognos is an advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of relationship building and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and influence skills.
