We’re partnering with a rapidly growing and highly respected consultancy that is looking to bring on a Technical Lead Developer with strong experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle HCM. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled developer who’s ready to step into a key technical leadership position and make a major impact within a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support and enhance Oracle HCM solutions
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers on the team
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and quality standards in all deliverables
• Contribute to architecture decisions and project planning

What We’re Looking For

• Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Solid full suite knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and their ecosystem
• Proven background in technical development and solution design
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support junior and mid-level developers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-moving environment
