Deltek Costpoint / TM1 Developer

Multi-billion dollar revenue organization seeking an experienced Financial Systems Specialist with BOTH/EITHER development experience with Deltek Costpoint AND/OR IBM Planning Analytics (v2.0+). This role is backfilling a retiree after many happy years with the organization.

Deltek experience would include Workflow Designer, Costpoint Module development, Admin Console and more. TM1 experience would include TI Processes, Rules and Feeders, Cubes and Dimensions, Securities etc. Client are specifically looking for IBM Planning Analytics (PAX and PAW) experience if interviewing TM1 Developers; legacy TM1 or older experience will unfortunately not be considerable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production support and enhancements for key financial and budgeting systems (TM1 and Deltek).
• Lead implementation of system upgrades, patches, and reporting tools
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and process improvements
• Act as the liaison between finance, accounting, and IT to troubleshoot issues and align solutions
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring system stability and timely project execution

Requirements

• 7–10 years Deltek/TM1 experience, including finance, data analytics or systems analysis
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
• Development experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
• Strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach
