Job Description

A rapidly growing Anaplan consulting partner that has scaled to 50 employees in under two years in the UK and is now launching its US presence. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment and take ownership of building and leading the firm’s US Anaplan practice.

The role is designed for a senior Anaplan leader who combines deep technical expertise, consulting pedigree, and the ability to win and grow business. You will act as the senior Anaplan authority in the US, leading solution architecture, client relationships, and commercial growth, while setting the standard for delivery quality. The firm has already secured work with multiple top-tier US financial institutions and is highly regarded by Anaplan leadership for its delivery excellence and domain expertise within Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Country Leadership

• Lead and grow the Anaplan practice across the United States, acting as the senior representative for clients, partners, and Anaplan
• Build and scale a high-performing consulting team, setting standards for delivery quality, culture, and technical excellence
• Own the US go-to-market strategy in partnership with leadership, with a strong focus on Financial Services

Solution Architecture & Delivery

• Serve as the senior Anaplan Solution Architect across complex client engagements
• Design and oversee enterprise-scale Anaplan solutions across FP&A, regulatory planning, balance sheet planning, capital planning, and other Financial Services use cases
• Ensure best-practice model architecture, governance, and performance across all client solutions

Business Development & Growth

• Play a hands-on role in winning new business, including pre-sales, solution design, client workshops, and executive presentations
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at banks, investment firms, and asset managers
• Support expansion within existing accounts while helping establish the firm as a leading Anaplan partner in the US market

Client & Partner Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior finance leaders
• Work closely with Anaplan leadership and sales teams to support joint opportunities and strategic accounts

Required Experience & Profile

• Deep hands-on Anaplan experience in a senior Solution Architect or Practice Lead capacity
• Strong consulting background with experience delivering complex, enterprise Anaplan implementations
• Proven ability to operate in both technical and commercial conversations, including winning and expanding client engagements
• Strong preference for Financial Services experience, including banking, asset management, investment firms, or related institutions
• Track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

• Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification
• Experience building or scaling an Anaplan practice & consulting function with financial service experience
• Existing network within Financial Services or enterprise finance leadership
